Booking Requirements:

– Contract plus 50% deposit is a requirement for all private and corporate events.

– Any dates outside of 60kms from Penticton/Kelowna must provide accommodations.

– Meals or snack tray for 4 at the end of the night & water at side-stage (much appreciated).

– As a weather precaution, any outdoor event bookings MUST provide a covered stage area on a flat surface.
